Paper and Salt


Paper and Salt is a blog dedicated to recipes of famous writers.  Nicole attempts to recreate and reinterpret the dishes that iconic authors discuss in their letters, diaries, essays, and fiction.  I plan to recreate a few of them myself. I have a duck in the freezer so I may try T.S. Eliot’s duck à l’orange in the near future. Alice Munro's homey rosemary bread pudding looks tempting as well.
