Documentary Portraits of American Poets

In 1961 Richard O. Moore began producing a wide variety of documentaries for KQED in Berkeley, CA. "Moore provided a rare glimpse of some of the finest American poets of the twentieth century at the summit of their powers," a lineup that included Allen Ginsberg, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, William Carlos Williams  and others. Below is an episode that introduces us to the poetry of Anne Sexton.
