When I was a little Nag my maternal relatives in Great Britain used to send me the Rupert Annuals along with British candies. I looked forward to the annuals because I was a Brownie and Rupert was a great friend of the Brownies. I also liked his natty attire. To celebrate Rupert's 100th anniversary in November the British Royal Mail has issued a set of eight cute-as-can-be postage stamps.
